4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must review all provided itineraries, guides, and recommendations promptly and communicate any discrepancies or concerns to Compass & Quill. Your adherence to local laws, customs, and safety guidelines during your travel is solely your responsibility.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for our Services will be communicated directly to the client prior to engagement. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment schedules, will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Services will commence upon receipt of any required upfront payments.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service and will be clearly communicated during the service agreement process. In general, refunds will be processed according to the terms specified, taking into account work already performed by Compass & Quill. Any third-party cancellation policies (e.g., airlines, hotels) are beyond our control and subject to their respective terms.

Compass & Quill acts solely as a travel consultant and does not directly provide travel services such as transportation, accommodation, or tours. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compass & Quill and its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
